We are seeking an experienced Channel Alliances leader who can drive our Service Management partner strategy, go-to-market and channel development within the market. Using your experience and interpersonal skills, you will deliver successful outcomes against our Channel OKRs, including a focus on growing incremental, measurable revenue across this solution areas.

In this role, you’ll get to:
Lead channel efforts focused on Service Management market development in APAC
Assess channel coverage, partner capacity and recruitment requirements – across a range of different partnership models
Develop demand generation strategies with our leading ITSM partners
Team with Enterprise Sales on optimising the co-selling motion and building a pipeline
Align with counterparts in the APAC Channel organisation to drive results
Collaborate across Atlassian to build and deliver a coordinated enablement model
More about you:
You have extensive experience within the Service Management industry and complimentary experience working with Partners.
You will focus and drive channel initiatives, but also keep an eye on the business as a whole
You bring a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics – both sales as well as non-revenue targets
You have a strong history of making a positive impact outside of the individual role
More about the team:
As the Channel Business Development team, we help expand the footprint of Atlassian in key markets, with a specific focus on our enterprise customer segment. As our APAC channel subject matter expert in Service Management, you will need a broad understanding of enterprise software channel business including channel strategy and partner development . Most importantly, you will work closely with teams across Atlassian – including sales, marketing, product development and others – to build success.
