We’re hiring a Global Head of Campus who will report to our Head of Talent Acquisition Strategic Programs. Here, you’ll scale Campus programs in our existing and potential new talent markets in consideration of our expansion strategy. From hiring in one country to hiring across multiple countries spread over 4 different timezones have been a path we have been on for over a decade. We have achieved great success in meeting our incremental goals over the years.

Your future team
Our Global Campus team is comprised of Atlassians with backgrounds in Recruiting, Sourcing and People Management experience. We manage strategies around hiring graduates and Interns to help grow Atlassian globally. This team has been delivering outstanding results in our core regions Australia & New Zealand, North America, India, and Europe to bring a global strategy to life.

What you’ll do:


  • Lead a dynamic team of TA professionals – consisting of Sr.Manager/Managers in a way that moves towards predictive, sustainable growth of the campus hiring
  • Build a strategy where in Early in Career talent becomes an important part of our long-term people strategy. Opportunity to build teams and operations from ground-up in new markets in consideration of the distributed work philosophy of Atlassian will be the key
  • Demonstrate a global data-driven view of the Early In Career talent to lead influence with the partners
  • Build along side to maintaining the momentum we have been on. Your expertise is focused at building a team that is set up to grow Atlassian through the unprecedented time of scale ahead of us
  • While you lead and bring the Early in Career team to success, you are also part of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership group
  • You will help shape the future of the Talent Acquisition here at Atlassian by managing and contributing to global OKRs, projects and strategies
  • Partner with teams to contribute to main breadths of work including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our hiring practices and build distributed workforce
  • Mentor, coach, guide and influence within the global TA teams
  • You’ll share our values and exhibit them in your actions and communication with colleagues and candidates
  • You’ll want everyone you work with to leave with an enhanced opinion of Atlassian and the TA organization

    Your experience:


  • Talent Acquisition Leadership expertise within Campus/ Early In Career space
  • Prior Experience broadening representation across early in career in a scaling organization
  • The ability to building for the future while executing today
  • Demonstrated experience taking intelligent risks in building investment decisions around technology, automation and talent brand programs in partnership with teams
  • Had experience partnering and influencing senior leadership within the People, Finance and business teams
  • Experience leading teams who have performed against a hiring plan, while forming successful relationships with Colleges/Universities and other partners in a constantly evolving, face-paced environment.
  • Work with metrics, numbers, and trends to tell a meaningful story to multiple audiences
