Our Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A) is looking for a FP&A Manager who is the finance business partner for our global Total Rewards team. In this role you will work with the Total Rewards team to develop a benefits strategy, model potential benefits we provide and recommend an approach that meets employee needs and our financial goals.

 

In this role, you’ll get to:

 

  • Influence Total Rewards leadership team on our long-term strategy
  • Partner closely with the Total Rewards leadership team to model potential benefits scenarios and provide recommendations on which employee benefits to provide
  • Implement an annual benefits program review as part of our long-range financial plan
  • Build relationships with internal partners such as FP&A leaders, Payroll team and accounting team to facilitate collaboration across teams on benefit related matters
  • Model annual and multi-year compensation and benefits forecasts
  • Implement and manages fringe recharge back to departments
  •  

    On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:

     

  • Qualitative:
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Curious, self-starter, eager to improve the status quo
  • Quantitative:
  • 7+ years finance experience
  • 2+ years experience working on benefits forecasting
  • Experience working in a fast growing company
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency using Excel
  • Experience with Anaplan is a plus
  • Experience in investment banking is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics)
