We are looking for an Account Executive to join us. Our Enterprise sales team are a non-traditional sales team who work with the Top 5% of Atlassian’s Enterprise customers. Your role is to help these customers scale their use of solutions and services across multiple spaces such as Agile DevOps, Work Management and IT Service Management. You’ll report to an Account Executive Manager, APAC.
What you’ll do
You’ll own an entire book of business comprised of 200+ customer accounts in Greater China Region including Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, across different industries.
You’ll work in partnership with Channel Solution Partners local to the Greater China Region, but also with the internal Atlassian Go-to-market team including Enterprise Development Representatives, Channel Managers, Solution Engineers, Customer Retention Specialists and Customer Success Managers.
You’ll build business cases and initiate projects to build a more effective Enterprise Sales model for the Greater China Region.
Your background:
You have experience in software sales and excel in a quota-carrying role.
You have business level written and spoken language proficiency in Mandarin.
You have experience running an end-to-end sales cycle with Enterprise customers in Greater China Region, from building pipeline, delivering accurate forecasting to implementing a strategic account plan.
You can work both at scale with a high volume of accounts, and at a strategic level with a few large accounts.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and love working in a fast paced sales environment.
