We are looking for a Senior Benefits professional with experience in benefits delivery and program management to help build our global benefits strategy throughout the EMEA region.
You will report to the EMEA Benefits Manager, establishing a regional benefits team and strategy that aligns our employee benefits with our values while supporting our strategic direction in the region. You’ll work with global and local partners. You will manage the full scope of country benefits programs, including health, retirement, life, accident, disability, wellness, and ancillary programs.
About the role:
Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and carriers, including monitoring of cost, service levels, processes, and accuracy of data.
Support with plan renewals, working with providers on timelines and planning, contract compliance, issues management, communications frequency, schedule, and approach.
Identify opportunities to improve existing programs, including process design, documentation, and training
Partner with team members like InfoSec, Legal, and Finance to onboard new benefit vendors and consultants and manage existing contract reviews.
Participate in benchmark surveys and make recommendations to establish competitive benefits programs.
Be an escalation point for employee benefits queries and issues that can not be resolved by the People Operations Team
Develop relationships with main partners such as Payroll, Tax, Finance, and all other HR and extended teams to facilitate collaboration across teams on benefit-related matters
Assist as a reviewer for policies and programs and make recommendations
Support HRIS leave configurations and build-outs, being compliant with local legislation
Support in setting up new entities and M&A activities
More about you:
5 years of hands-on and relevant experience in benefits, both domestically and internationally in high-growth organizations
Team player with an ability to work both collaboratively and asynchronously, and the ability to collaborate with all levels of partners
You are current on developments and trends in legislative requirements and methodologies and you know how to ensure that benefits plans are compliant with local legislation
Experience with HRIS (Workday)
Fluency in English
Fluency in Dutch would be a plus
