We’re looking for our newest Atlassian to be part of our fast-growing Channel team. The APAC region is one of the fastest developing markets for Atlassian, with growth in all segments including large enterprise customers and large systems integrators/partners. To support the continued growth we are looking for a passionate Channel Specialist that can support our Partner Managers to onboard and enable our larger regional system integrators. If you have experience engaging Solution Partners such as Datacom, NTT Data, ASG Group or other larger partners this may be the role for you. We are looking for someone who enjoys being challenged to tactically enable and develop our partners. You will report to the Channel Team Manager.

In this role, you’ll get to:
Enable large system integrators to sell solutions around Atlassian’s cloud products with a focus on large-scale collaboration, Agile transformation and ITSM.
Drive our our NSI partners to be part of Atlassian’s cloud and ITSM future
Educate our partners with the internal structure of SFDC, tableau and other partner programmatic procedures
Remove blockers and sales friction that partners may have within our unique procurement system
Work with our Partner managers to create the desired outcomes for enablement, sales motions and internal/external relationships.
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
Proven experience working in a channel support or management role
A strong teammate, you enjoy working with a wide variety of people and roles
A desire to develop skills to solve new tasks
SFDC – Salesforce experience
Experience reporting across different platforms (salesforce, tableau..)

We are expanding the number of Channel Partners in the region. You will work with a team of Channel Managers and Channel Specialists to enable and develop these partners. The team is part of a global organisation that builds a channel that value to our customers. The team works closely with the Global Partner Program, enablement and field marketing teams, to develop and deliver programs that suit the needs of our local partners.
The Global Channels team is part of the broader sales team, which has a very unique approach to selling. We have great teams that work directly with partners and customers of all sizes to ensure that they have the information they need to make a decision and be successful in the adoption of our products.
