You will work as part of the Atlassian Sales Enablement team focused on our external Channel Partners.
For this role, we want someone who executes with fine precision – part customer service specialist, part technologist, part project owner, and part facilitator. The job is not just about the IT Service Management focus, but also about how to increase the knowledge of our Partners field teams and to accelerate the partner selling and co-selling motions.
What you’ll do
Implement an enablement strategy to support our IT Service Management (Jira Service Management) enterprise sales process for Global Partners
Build and deliver enablement on IT Services Management, sales methodology, product messaging, problems we solve for our partner’s customers through materials, tools, training sessions.
Partner with channel leadership, sales leadership, sales operations and product marketing to align training and enablement priorities with Atlassian’s vision and strategic goals
Improve processes and document workflows
Learning and development strategy – help identify skills matrix and improving of skills
Contextualize Product & Marketing content for internal and external audience – What’s in it for me (Partner)? What business problem are we solving? What is the value proposition?
Create and evolve programs to grow the co-selling motion and lead a 95% partner attach rate by 2025
Stakeholder Management
Align with Channel Leadership on important priorities
Build relationships with Channel partners to understand how your content is being received and take action based on feedback
Help facilitate collaboration between teams
Solve problems and manage input from multiple stakeholders; provide potential solutions when there is uncertainty and facilitating decision-making
Measurement
Ensure that initiatives are measurable in improving the capabilities of sellers and creating learning experiences
Help create standardized metrics and evaluation processes across learning programs to ensure data-driven approach when evaluating and addressing learning needs
Monitor performance metrics of enablement programs and sales success
Your Background
Demonstrated understanding of ITSM
2+ years of experience in designing, developing and testing educational content development for in-person training and eLearning
2+ years project management experience
2+ years enablement/adult learning theory application
Manage input from multiple stakeholders; provide potential solutions when there is uncertainty and facilitate decision-making when there is not always a process, system or solution in place
Experience collaborating with our teams and stakeholders across different departments and geographies
Global mindset and the ability to view learning programs at scale
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing content through a partner lens
Experience solving problems while being resourceful
Build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries to deliver results
Experience working with Global Partners in a XaaS environment and understanding the consultative conversations taking place
