You will work as part of the Atlassian Sales Enablement team focused on our external Channel Partners to deliver excellent product, process and workflow trainings and maintain the content with regular updates.
You’ll use your instructional design and project management abilities to create dynamic learning experiences that reach thousands of employees around the world, developing trainings at scale and customize where appropriate (e.g., for role, location, situation).

What you’ll do


  • Design training
  • Design and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling online learning experiences for our Channel Partners.
  • Act as a learning consultant to understand the business’ needs around learning and help connect learning strategies
  • Find new ways to produce content that scales and resonates with our increasingly global, busy audience
  • Stakeholder management
  • Build relationships with important cross-functional Channel partners to understand how your content is being received and take action based on feedback.
  • Solve problems and manage input from multiple stakeholders; provide potential solutions when there is uncertainty and facilitating decision-making.
  • E-learning Technology
  • Experience in using eLearning technologies with an innovative design approach that is not constrained by what tools and technology are available today is a plus.
  • Passion for creating online learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline 360, Intellum, Vyond and Camtasia.
  • Experience with mobile learning, gamification, and other interactive learning methodologies.
  • Assign trainings to various sub-teams, supervise completion rates and pull reports for managers.
  • Measurement
  • Ensure that initiatives are measurable in terms of improving the capabilities of sellers and creating learning experiences.
  • Support the creation of standardized metrics and evaluation processes across learning programs to ensure data driven approach when evaluating and addressing learning needs

    Your background


  • 2+ years of experience in designing, developing and testing educational content development for in-person training and eLearning
  • Preferred Qualification
  • Understanding of ITSM
  • Experience developing content through a partner lens.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries to deliver results
  • Experience with learning theories and instructional methodologies Portfolio required to apply
