The Atlassian team is growing at a record pace and this will be an exciting opportunity to create a real impact! You’ll be pivotal to our team’s success by managing the change impact of several key strategic projects across Talent Acquisition, within our Strategy and Craft Team.
What you’ll do”
Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for global Talent Acquisition; balancing our long-term vision with immediate needs to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and deliver change plans and strategies to support the engagement of key stakeholders and the broader team. This may also include creating engaging written comms and elevating the visibility of change initiatives and progress.
Develop and drive training plans to support our teams to embed important changes across the team.
Create and nurture strong relationships with important partners across the TA team and People function, ensuring that their challenges, opportunities, and feedback are incorporated into how we roll out the change.
Ensure change-related risk (people, operations, organizational) is within desired levels and that risks are managed according to agreed risk frameworks by managing and leading the identification.
Drive continuous improvement of our change management practices; identify areas for opportunity and support the growth of change leaders within our teams.
Coach members of the Talent Acquisition organization around change management.
Worked in a change or transformation capacity – preferably within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or People Operations in a multi-geo, large-scaling environment.
Knowledge of and experience implementing a variety of change management approaches and frameworks to apply structure to rolling out transformation programs.
Worked collaboratively with leadership, influencing to guide not just tactical execution but also larger strategy. You have proven experience delivering change programs with partners across time zones and countries globally.
A strategic mindset, recognizing the importance of long-term goals, while balancing the delivery of short-term, tactical requirements.
Strong communication, in both written and verbal forms to bring others along on the change journey.
