Atlassian is looking for an Account Executive – ITSM Solutions to join us. Our team’s mission is to bring inspiring, high value solutions for digital transformation to our installed base of Enterprise customers. You will be a true embodiment of Atlassian’s values in collaborative work and customer centricity.
You will build and implement sales strategy to increase adoption of our ITSM solutions to our user base. ESA’s are champions for their customers, providing feedback to our product and engineering teams and helping us improve our customer experience. All of this is done in tight coordination with our Product Specialists, Customer Success Team and Marketing organisation.


In this role you will get to:


  • Engage with customers (inbound and outbound), utilising market potential and opportunities.
  • Be a consultant to customers from first contact to deal closure and post sales.
  • Cross collaborate with multiple teams during the customer journey
  • Achieve business targets within designated accounts or territory
  • Be customer-focused and creative, organising resources to meet the needs of our customers

    On your first day we’ll expect you to have:


  • Understand the Enterprise Sales process and be able to help us apply what could work to the Atlassian sales model.
  • Experience managing a high volume of leads and opportunities of several sources and sizes
  • Experience meeting performance targets
  • Experience managing important customer relationships and closing ITSM sales opportunities
  • Experience building a pipeline and delivering accurate forecasts
  • Experience using a CRM to manage individual key performance metrics
  • You need to understand the Enterprise Sales process and be able to help us apply what could work to the Atlassian sales model.
