Atlassian is looking for an experienced Account Based Marketing (ABM) Strategist to join our ABM team within the Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) organisation. You have experience working in close partnership with sales, gathering account and persona insights, and creating compelling end-to-end campaign journeys while applying channels including paid media, email, content syndication, direct mail, events, and more. The ABM Strategist will be an important partner to our APAC Strategic Sales Team and work with our Enterprise Advocates (EAs), Enterprise Development Representatives (EDRs), and sales leadership to increase revenue within Atlassian’s top accounts in APAC.

In this role, you will report to the ABM Manager.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Be the relationship lead for the dedicated APAC Strategic EA and Enterprise Development Representative teams supported
  • Be the relationship lead for APAC EA and EDR leadership
  • Craft compelling omni-channel campaign strategy to achieve marketing influenced pipeline goals for target accounts in APAC, while applying account and contact-level insights
  • Be the strategy lead on providing insights and recommended plays for EDRs and EAs
  • Consistently communicate insights, blockers, and wins and is an effective communicator that can summarise documents and plans.
  • Develop media plans and own program budget
  • Strong partner to PMMs to communicate feedback on content, offers, and programs
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to raise any tracking or operational challenges and to strengthen enablement on ABM campaigns and tools
  • Advocate for the ABM team to GTM leadership and speak to successes and challenges
  • Give feedback and guidance to EDRs and help recommend specific messaging

  • A passion for understanding customers, their blockers, and challenges
  • Enjoy using data to create strategy and relies on data and performance metrics to make campaign optimisations
  • Strong track record developing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns and outbound programs in partnership with sales
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, ABM stack including Demandbase, Outreach, Drift, Zoominfo, TechTarget Priority Engine, Folloze, Uberflip, 6sense, etc.
