Atlassian is looking for an experienced Account-based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join its ABM team within the Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) organization. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with sales, gathering account and persona insights, and crafting compelling end-to-end campaign journeys while leveraging channels including, but not limited to, paid media, email, content syndication, direct mail, events, and more. The ABM Manager will be a key partner to our EMEA Strategic Sales Team and work closely with our Enterprise Advocates (EAs), Enterprise Development Representatives (EDRs), and sales leadership to drive revenue growth within Atlassian’s top accounts in EMEA.

Your future team
This role will report to the Global Lead, ABM and sits within our Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) organisation.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Be the relationship lead for the dedicated EMEA Strategic EAs and EDRs teams supported
  • Craft compelling omnichannel campaign strategy to achieve pipeline goals for target accounts in EMEA, while leveraging account and contact-level insights
  • Be the strategy lead on providing insights and recommended plays for EAs/EDRs
  • Consistently communicates learnings, blockers, and wins and summarizes documents and plans
  • Be the lead on regional teams looking to learn more about ABM team and processes
  • Develops media plans and owns program budget
  • Contributes to campaign ideation and drives to goals
  • Be a strong partner to PMMs to communicate feedback on content, offers, and programs
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to raise any tracking or operational challenges
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to reinforce enablement on ABM campaigns and tools
  • Advocates for the ABM team to Go To Market leadership and speak to success and challenges
  • Gives feedback and guidance to EDRs and helps recommend specific messaging

    Your background

     

  • 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience with 1+ years of experience in ABM
  • Proven track record designing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns and outbound programs in partnership with sales in a high-growth environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, Account-based Marketing stack including Demandbase, Outreach, Drift, Zoominfo, TechTarget Priority Engine, Folloze, Uberflip, and 6sense is preferred
  • Fluent in French or German is preferred
