The responsibilities of the Project Manager include

  • Collaborating with other team members to define project parameters (e.g. scope, work estimate) and develop project strategies.

  • Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

  • Secure the resources required for the execution of the project.

  • Assigning project tasks based on team members’ strengths, skills, and experience level. 

  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.

  • Organizing and leading stakeholder meetings.

  • Overseeing the project change management activities.

  • Overseeing the risk management activities.

  • Executing internal and external stakeholder management and communication plans

  • Supporting the execution of the quality assurance activities.

The Project Manager demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and takes pride in the accuracy of the information provided. He/she is highly organized and promotes adherence to processes.
