Sr. Manager, Product Partnerships

With the average company using well over a hundred different SaaS products, it is critical that Airtable partners deeply with other SaaS companies to unlock the full potential of the Airtable Connected Apps platform for existing and potential customers. 

As the Senior Manager of Product Partnerships you will be working closely with the Head of Partnerships and our Product/Engineering teams. You will help us collaborate on and execute the recruitment of and amplification of these key partners in relation to Airtable. You’ll help identify and recruit partners by their focus on enterprise capabilities (compliance, security, eDiscovery etc) as well as key vertical coverage (i.e. Marketing Automation, Creative DevOps, Product DevOps) that accelerates the creation of golden datasets within Airtable. You will have experience developing and managing partnerships with the likes of Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Snowflake, Splunk, Amazon (AWS) and SAP..  You will work closely with Product, Partner Programs, Sales, Marketing and Services teams in developing a data driven recruiting process and managing these partners and guiding them in how to develop on top of and into Airtable. As we grow you will help build and manage a team of Partner Managers that will recruit and manage these partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with the Partnership leader, Product, Partner Programs, Sales, Marketing and Services teams to execute and collaborate on the strategy for successfully building the components of an Airtable ecosystem.
  • Build and scale an ecosystem of partners that compliment the Airtable offering and expand our platform to incorporate many new data sets and workflows.
  • Hire and manage a team of tech partner managers
  • Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to co-develop key marketing moments
  • Work closely with our product and engineering teams to enhance our APIs by balancing outcomes for our partners and Airtable

 

Who you are

  • 5-8+ years business development / partnerships experience, managing tech partnerships across various enterprise level platforms / systems
  • Proven experience working complex partnerships with Microsoft, Google, AWS, SAP and others in that tier
  • Easily can navigate highly strategic and complex partnerships with a track record of cross functional coordination and alignment
  • “Conversationally technical” – you’re comfortable talking integrations and APIs
  • A builder who enjoys creating a program and seeing it through
  • Sales minded to determine the best technology partnerships to produce the best return for Airtable
