Airtable is looking for a highly-motivated FP&A professional to join our finance team and play a crucial role as we scale our business, pursue operational excellence and build an amazing culture.  This is a rare opportunity to have significant impact at a fast-growing, high-potential startup with high visibility across the organization. The Corporate FP&A lead will be both hands-on and strategic leader who will manage company wide planning and reporting processes.  Come build with us!

What you'll do

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting and scenario planning
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and models to track key performance indicators and monitor performance
  • Provide management with insights into the current drivers, risks and opportunities of our revenues and expenses to Finance leadership and other senior leaders across the company
  • Work closely with the Finance leadership to build and define the processes and financial infrastructure to scale the company and prepare for future growth and ensure the accuracy of Airtable’s forecasts
  • Utilize systems solutions to streamline reporting and automate internal processes
  • Build and mentor a high performing team that produces rich insights, plans and forecast with a high degree of transparency and accuracy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization including Finance and FP&A, Sales, Product, Engineering and HR to help leaders make better investment decisions and understand tradeoffs
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required

Who you are

  • 8+ years of financial analysis experience – preferably at a fast-growing technology company
  • BA/BS  degree in Finance, Accounting, related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills with demonstrated teamwork, thought leadership and relationship management
  • Detail-oriented, organized and ability to multi-task and shift priorities under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Self-starter, ambitious and forward thinker who can anticipate and plan for the future needs of the the team and the Company
  • Proactive, results oriented, with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to structure your thought process and solutions
  • Passion for SaaS, enterprise software and the Airtable mission

Preferred Qualifications / Nice to haves

    • Previous experience in Strategic Finance, Business Operations, Accounting, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Start-up Operations or similar environment preferred
    • Experience with Workday, Adaptive and Salesforce highly desirable
