Office Manager  – Nordics & Baltics

Adyen is looking for a highly organized, caring and multitasking office manager to join our team at the Stockholm office. We are looking for a person who understands the value of maintaining a pleasant environment in-house as well as how important it is to deliver excellent service to customers and partners. Join us in a high growth, fast paced environment and help us build an amazing office experience for both employees and customers.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting
  • Create excellent first impressions to customer and partners visiting our office
  • Assist with office layout planning and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
  • Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, events, booking travel, maintaining filing system, mailing and shipping packages, onboard new employees and updating employee list
  • Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfil office supply needs, maintain and manage vendors, and coordinate food delivery of daily groceries as well as weekly lunches
  • Support with internal events, such a company parties and customer events
  • Drive global office management initiatives locally

Your background

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role in a relevant field
  • Experience in event organization is a bonus 
  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
